Founded in 2005, The Columbia Guitar Orchestra offers classical guitarists of varying ages and abilities the opportunity to perform in a collaborative setting. Under the direction of USC graduate Steve Sloan,
the Guitar Orchestra strives to provide members and audiences alike a fun, entertaining and educational experience.

The Columbia Guitar Orchestra (CGO) performs a free concert, Sunday, March 21st in the auditorium of the Richland County Public Library, Main Branch on Assembly street at 3 p.m
The program will include: Rodriguesca (a spanish piece), Over the Rainbow, Two Beatles songs, Peter Gunn by Henry Mancini, and a Cuban island song.

Solo performances by local classical guitarists will kick off the program and the orchestra will conclude the 2nd half.

This event is a must see for local guitar enthusiasts.
